Shipping policy

This policy explains how PE Marph GmbH ships orders placed through marph.co, including where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship within Austria and across the European Union, and to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. We may also ship to other destinations outside the EU. If we are unable to ship to your location, this will be shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

We ship with Österreichische Post and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and order, and are shown in full at checkout before you pay. We occasionally offer free shipping, limited to free samples and specific promotional campaigns; otherwise the cost shown at checkout applies.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your destination and the carrier, and are estimated as follows: Austria 1–2 business days, rest of the EU 3–6 business days, United Kingdom and Switzerland 3–7 business days, other destinations outside the EU 7–20 business days. Customs handling may add to delivery times outside the EU. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders outside the EU (including the UK and Switzerland)

Orders delivered outside the European Union, including to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). You are the importer of record. Any import VAT, customs duty and the carrier's customs-clearance or handling fee are payable by you in addition to the price and the shipping cost shown at checkout, and are collected by the carrier or the destination customs authority on or before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country, are outside our control, and we cannot predict or refund them. Customs clearance may also delay delivery. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Digital products

Digital products, such as paid-for PDFs, are delivered electronically by download and carry no shipping cost. Access details are provided after purchase.

Delivery, risk and damage

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Please check your order on arrival and contact us at support@marph.co promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, delivery could not be completed, or the parcel was refused or left unclaimed at customs, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; any additional carriage, return or clearance cost may be passed on to you or deducted from your refund.
